#AGUAD RFID Card Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern the issuance and use of the AGUAD RFID Card ("Card"). By obtaining and using the Card, you agree to comply with these T&C. Please read them carefully.
1. Card Issuance
a. The Card is issued by AGUAD for the purpose of granting entry into AGUAD and specific events.
b. The Card may also be used for making Food & Beverage (F&B) purchases and other authorized transactions at the venue.
2. Use of the Card:
a. The Card is non-transferable and can only be used by the individual to whom it is issued.
b. The Card must be presented upon request by AGUAD staff or authorized partners for verification.
3. Entry and Event Access:
a. The Card grants access to AGUAD premises and specific events as per AGUAD's discretion.
b. Access to events is subject to availability and event-specific terms and conditions.
4. Food & Beverage Purchases:
a. The Card can be used to make F&B purchases at AGUAD and authorized partner establishments within the venue.
b. The Cardholder is responsible for all charges incurred through its use, including taxes and gratuities.
5. Authorized Partners:
a. The Card can only be used for purchases from AGUAD's authorized partners at the venue.
b. AGUAD reserves the right to update the list of authorized partners at any time.
6. Card Security:
a. The Cardholder is solely responsible for the security and safekeeping of the Card.
b. In case of loss or theft, the Cardholder should immediately report it to AGUAD.
7. Card Replacement:
a. AGUAD may, at its discretion, replace a lost or stolen Card for a fee determined by AGUAD.
b. AGUAD reserves the right to refuse card replacement in case of misuse.
8. Card Expiry:
a. The Card is valid for the specific event or until AGUAD deactivates it.
b. AGUAD may extend or renew the Card's validity at its discretion.
9. Card Usage Restrictions:
a. The Card may not be used for illegal activities, unauthorized purposes, or in violation of any applicable laws.
b. Any attempt to tamper with or misuse the Card will result in its immediate deactivation and may involve legal action.
10. Modification of Terms:
AGUAD reserves the right to modify these T&C at any time without prior notice.
11. Termination of Card:
AGUAD may terminate or revoke the Card at its discretion, without refund, if the Cardholder violates these T&C or engages in any fraudulent activities.
By using the AGUAD RFID Card, you acknowledge and agree to these T&C. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the revocation of the Card and other legal actions as deemed necessary by AGUAD.

These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern the issuance and use of the AGUAD Coupons. By obtaining and using the Coupon, you agree to comply with these T&C. Please read them carefully.
1. Coupons Issuance
a. The Coupon is issued by AGUAD for specific events.
b. The Coupon may also be used for making Food & Beverage (F&B) purchases and other authorized transactions at the venue.
2. Use of the Coupon:
a. The Coupon is non-transferable and can only be used by the individual to whom it is issued.

b. AGUAD reserves the right to update the list of authorized partners at any time.
5. Coupon Security:
a. The Coupon holder is solely responsible for the security and safekeeping of the Coupon.
b. In case of loss or theft, the Coupon holder should immediately report it to AGUAD. However, no refunds will be possible
6. Coupon Replacement:
a. AGUAD reserves the right to refuse Coupon replacement in case of misuse.
7. Coupon Expiry:
a. The Coupon is valid for the specific event or until AGUAD deactivates it.
b. AGUAD may extend or renew the Coupon validity at its discretion.
c. No Refunds for unutilised coupons at any stage, for any reason, is possible
8. Coupon Usage Restrictions:
a. The Coupon may not be used for illegal activities, unauthorized purposes, or in violation of any applicable laws.
b. Any attempt to tamper with or misuse the Coupon will result in its immediate deactivation and may involve legal action.
9. Modification of Terms:
AGUAD reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time without prior notice.
10. Termination of Coupon:
