  • What time does the experience start?

    Experiences are available for booking from 10:30 AM to 06:30 PM. Travellers can also request custom private experiences to be organised which can be organized based on prior confirmation and availability of the Storyteller for the particular time slot.

  • How do we reach the meeting point at Aguada Port and Jail Complex entry gate?

    The location link will be sent to your mobile along with the details of the walk and the name and contact number of your storyteller.

  • Is there parking available?

    Yes. There is ample designated parking space available for travellers visiting the monument

  • Can this heritage walk be done using a vehicle?

    Unfortunately not. Private vehicles are not allowed inside the monument. However, electric buggies can be booked based on the availability.

  • Is photography permitted?

    Yes, photography is permitted at the monument. However, while doing so travellers must take care not to cause damage to the heritage structures attempting to climb over or manoeuvre into risky areas to strike the desired pose.

  • Will we be entering any exclusive spaces in the monument?

    Yes. Our Fort Aguada heritage walk includes exclusive access to a beautiful chapel, freshwater spring, kitchens and prison cells.

  • Can we consume beer / other alcoholic drinks during the heritage walk?

    No. It is not recommended to consume alcohol during the heritage walk. However, once the heritage walk has been completed, our storytellers would be happy to recommend local spots for a drink. Alternatively, you can book our Goan Feni & Tapas Experience for a more immersive experience on local Goan cocktails and cuisine.

  • Do we need to wear face masks?

  • Are Covid-19 protocols followed during the heritage walk?

    All Covid-19 safety precautions will be taken by us. Our Storytellers are all double vaccinated, wear face masks, maintain social distance and avoid physical contact. All enclosed spaces will be sanitized by us.

    There are clean washrooms available for use within the monument.
