Last entry for the Aguad Heritage Walk is at 6:00 PM. Please arrive on time to avoid missing the experience.

Terms & Conditions

1. Monsoon Offers are valid for visits up to 30 September 2026.

2. Each ticket is valid for one-time entry only. Re-entry is not permitted.

3. The last entry to Aguad Port & Jail Complex is 8:00 PM.

4. Bookings are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

5. Bookings may be rescheduled once, subject to availability, on or before 30 September 2026.

6. Heritage Walks operate between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Guests who miss a scheduled walk may join the next available walk on the same day, subject to availability.

7. Dining benefits are valid only on the date of visit and must be redeemed during restaurant operating hours only at participating restaurants within Aguad Port & Jail Complex.

8. A dining voucher will be issued at the Entry Gate upon presenting the online booking confirmation.

9. Dining vouchers are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and any amount exceeding the voucher value must be paid directly by the guest.

10. One dining voucher is valid for one guest and is non-transferable.

11. The offer is applicable at participating restaurants only: Cellar 1612, Motley Brew, and Black Sheep Bistro.

12. Menu items are subject to availability. If a selected restaurant is unable to honour the dining offer, guests may redeem the voucher at another partner restaurant.

13. Guests may alternatively choose to redeem the voucher as a cash value of ₹500 against their total bill if they do not wish to select the items offered in the package.

14. Dining vouchers have no cash value beyond the stated ₹500 redemption value, cannot be partially redeemed, and cannot be carried forward to another date.

15. Alcoholic beverages are served only to guests 21 years and above upon production of a valid government-issued photo ID.

16. In the event of closure due to adverse weather, government orders, or other unforeseen circumstances, bookings may be rescheduled up to 30 September 2026. No refunds will be issued.

17. Child, student, senior citizen, and any other category-based discounts are not applicable on these promotional packages.

18. Management reserves the right to modify or withdraw the offer without prior notice.

19. Please carry your booking confirmation and a valid government-issued photo ID for verification to be shown at the time of entry.

20. Guests are requested to follow all safety instructions issued by Aguad Port & Jail Complex staff.

21. Management reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone found violating the rules or engaging in inappropriate behaviour.
